Shipping

Orders will ship via the most economical and suitable method, unless other arrangements are made at the time of the order.  We reserve the right to select the air carrier, freight forwarder and shipping methods to insure damage free, on time delivery of your merchandise.  Our standard policy is to ship ( via UPS Ground) all in-stock products within  24 hours delivery.  Any orders over $250 will be shipped free UPS Ground.

Term of Sales

Standard export quotation pricing is F.O.B. shipping point, Lancaster, MA at which point legal title and responsibility for goods transferred to the buyer.  Charges for insurance and shipping will be added to the invoice.  A handling charge will apply for special certification, export documentation or special sea packaging.  Buyer is responsible for tariffs or export dutties.
