Rapid Delivery

VidaRF will provide rapid delivery service. Our programs have been developed to produce large volume as well as quick turnaround for your custom designs. Stock parts will ship within 24 hours.  Our standard delivery lead time is 2-3 weeks for Connectors and Cable Assemblies, 3-4 weeks for other Components.

At vidaRF we guarantee quality by:

2. Ensuring that all vidaRF products meet MIL - SPEC requirements and imposing rigorous quality control procedures throughout manufacturing and at final inspections. 

Guaranteed Warranty

VidaRF  products are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.  At our option, we will repair or replace the returned product.  This warrenty does not apply to products that have been modified or subject to conditions exceeding the applicable specifications.

Shipping

Orders will ship via the most economical and suitable method, unless other arrangements are made at the time of the order.  We reserve the right to select the a carriers, freight  forwarders and shipping methods to insure damage free, on time delivery of your merchandise.  Our standard policy is to ship (via UPS Ground) all in-stock products within 24 hours delivery.  Standard export quotation pricing is F.O.B. shipping point, Lancaster, MA at which point legal title and responsibility for goods transferred to the buyer.  Charges for insurance and shipping will be added to the invoice.  A handling charge will apply for special certification, export documentation or special sea package.  Buyer is responsible for tariffs or export dutties.

Terms

Standard terms are net 30 days for established customers.  New customers, subject to credit approval, are also net 30 days.  VidaRF also accepts Master Card, VISA, and PayPal.
